My check engine light came on after a message on the dashboard read a problem with the traction. I called Doug at the service center who set up an appointment. The day before my appointment, the check engine light went out. I kept the appointment fearing since no trouble was indicated, it would be a wasted visit. I recently leased a 2012 SRX from Brogan. This is my second deal with Brogan. I assure you it will Not be my last. The name Cadillac is synonymous with luxury, style and class. The name Brogan, in my opinion is synonymous with the above as well as excellent customer service, professional staff and a solid deal on any vehicle you have.  My sales person was Jim Bobowicz, whom I dealt with my first time at Brogan and intentionally sought on this purchase as well. He is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the Cadillac brand. He took the time to sit with me each time I made a purchase at Brogan and explain every single detail about the vehicle. Each time this was for well over an hour. My most recent purchase was a lease deal and although I do not know what kind of commission your sales associates make on a lease, I am sure it is nowhere near that of an actual new car purchase, yet Mr. Bobowicz treated me as if I was a cash buyer for the most expensive vehicle Brogan offers. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate being treated like a gentleman when I conduct such a major transaction. Although it may not seem like much to a person who sells cars on a regular basis, for someone who makes that purchase, it is a really big deal and comes with lots of nerves and butterflies in ones stomach. I am writing this letter to commend you on your sales and service, and your level of commitment to please the customer. I recently purchased a 2004 Deville that you took in on trade, and within the first week I found the fuel gauge not working properly when my wife ran out of gas on Route 46. When I purchased the car Jim Bobowicz was my salesman, who I thought was very professional and not a pushy salesman. He gave me the information on the car needed and the time to test drive both local roads and Rt 46 to get a good feel for the car. Most car dealers only let you go for a short drive and push a quick sale. After the sale Jim gave me his card and told me to call anytime with any problems. Well I called him on a Sunday on his day off he pleasantly handled a repair at no cost to me the following day. In most of my experiences in the past salesman are quick to make a sale then you're on your own, but Jim not only took care of everything but called to make sure there were no problems a couple of days later. This is the type of service that makes people want to come back again and again, and I'm sure you will be seeing me in the future when I need a car again.
