John Jones our Brogan Sales Representative was terrific. He came in on his day off to accommodate our request for an extended test drive. He answered all of our questions and we felt he worked on our purchase with our best interest as his goal. He guided us through the paperwork and explained everything in the car before we left. This is the second Cadillac we have purchased and John was our sales person for both sales. I would not consider buying another car from anyone else but John or Brogan Cadillac.
