Fantastic Service! We were on our way from Philly to Boston, my wife and I
noticed our battery was overheating in North Jersey. Obviously far from home and
from our destination, we were in a difficult situation. We found Brogan on the
web and were lucky enough to reach Victor Santana. He told us to bring the car
in. Long story short, we were on our way with a new battery and on the road
again in three hours. Vic understood our plight and we made it to the start of
the Red Sox game that evening. I have nothing but praise for him and the crew at
Brogan.

I noticed the Check Engine light lit on my 2008 CTS when I started to my office
in CT. I stopped by Brogan to see what could be the cause. Jack said have a
seat in the lounge and he would check it out. With in an hour he informed me
it was an Emission control Value and he would have it repaired in a half hour
and there would be no cost. The car was ready on time with it being washed to
boot. I could have been on my way to the office but since everything went so well I
played hooky and took the day off. Thanks Jack!

I have a Cadillac CTS. I brought in the car for an oil change. I was told that
my tires needed rotating which I appreciated. The time that it took was short in
comparison to other brands of cars I have owned. It was delivered with a wash
which I again appreciated. I waited in a comfortable room which offered coffee,
pastry, juice and water. I was able to drink coffee and look at a morning talk
show. It was a great experience.
