The whole staff at Brogan - sales people and service people - are friendly, courteous and extremely helpful whether sales or service. My sales person - Ron Rodriguez was patient, answered all questions, and on car delivery spent a lot of time explaining the various "new gadgets" on the XTS. Rich Horton and Doug Ferreira in service have also been very helpful servicing our previous 2004 Cadillac and answering questions regarding this new XTS. I am very pleased with Brogan Cadillac.

Prior to the introduction of the XTS, I advised my Sales Consultant, Paul Wurst,
of my interest in the new model and he said he would call me as soon as it
arrived at the dealership. He kept me informed of the anticipated delivery and
after it arrived, I went to see it and took a test drive.When taking delivery of
my new XTS, Paul was very helpful and continues to give me all the time and
support I need in learning the features of my new car, not only in person, but

Brogan Cadillac was great. The entire staff could not have been nicer and more
helpful. My family and I were starting out on our vacation when the car
overheated. I knew that Brogan was not far from where we were. Brogan had us
back on the road in under 3 hours and saved our vacation. They even welcomed my
dog. Bravo Brogan Caddy! I also got to see the gorgeous XTS. Cadillac ownership
has its privileges.
