On 2/22/13, I took my Cadillac CTS 2010 to Brogan Cadillac due to an annoying noise coming from the roof of my car. I did not schedule an appointment, I just showed up. Victor Santana the Service Consultant courteously greeted me and provided second to none service. Provided me a loaner until my repair was done and called me the same day to pick up my repaired car.
