My check engine light came on after a message on the dashboard read a problem
with the traction. I called Doug at the service center who set up an
appointment. The day before my appointment, the check engine light went out. I
kept the appointment fearing since no trouble was indicated, it would be a
wasted visit. Doug had a loaner car all set for me, and kept the car there to
try to determine the problem, he found the problem, fixed it and I was set to
go! (with a nice clean car). Wonderful service. They truly care, no problem is
too small, no question too "stupid". Every employee one passes at the service
area greets you with a hello. Love them all!
