Cannot say enough good things about Brogan dealership and their service
department; particularly my service consultant, Jack Dungan -- who arranged
everything, from alternative transportation, to vehicle repair, and to making
sure which repairs are chargeable back to warranty and which ones I will need to
cover on my own. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Having all my service done at this
dealership, and the level of attention and customer support I get from them,
makes me utterly convinced that Cadillac ownership truly is a remarkable and

They are the polar opposite of what the stereotypical "car dealer" is known as.
They were fair, they were honest, and they were thorough. You can be sure that
