On 2/22/13, I took my Cadillac CTS 2010 to Brogan Cadillac due to an annoying noise coming from the roof of my car. I did not schedule an appointment, I just showed up. Victor Santana the Service Consultant courteously greeted me and provided second to none service. Provided me a loaner until my repair was done and called me the same day to pick up my repaired car. Chett Livingston was a great sales person. This is my second CTS and he is the only one who sat with me in the car and explained everything. I learned things about a car I already leased for 4 years from Mr. Livingston. He took his time and had no problem staying late to explain everything. I will come back because of Mr. Livingston

The service department at Brogan has always been great. My car was totally dead in my driveway, Jack suggested the Cadillac Roadside service, I called, they came and replaced my battery and I was able to then drive my car in for the required oil change and have an overall check done on the vehicle. I like how Brogan takes care of my worries and since I am a woman and a widow and sometimes feel anxious about taking care of car needs, it is very important how the service people treat me at Brogan and it has always given me peace of mind. Catering to female drivers of Cadillac cars is a very important issue. I tell all my friends, If you want peace of mind, go to Brogan Cadillac.

As always, my Brogan rep. In the service area (Jack), was more than helpful. I especially appreciate the fact that Brogan's service people really check my car over very carefully whether or not it is covered by the warranty or it is not. I fully intend to use Brogan in the future for all of my service needs; and when it comes time to purchase another car they will be first on my list of dealerships, most likely the only one. My compliments to TJ and his father for running a well run organization.
