sales person, Chet and the fact that we could keep our service rep, Jack, for

My check engine light came on after a message on the dashboard read a problem
with the traction. I called Doug at the service center who set up an
appointment. The day before my appointment, the check engine light went out. I
kept the appointment fearing since no trouble was indicated, it would be a
wasted visit. Doug had a loaner car all set for me, and kept the car there to
try to determine the problem, he found the problem, fixed it and I was set to
go! (with a nice clean car). Wonderful service. They truly care, no problem is
too small, no question too "stupid". Every employee one passes at the service
area greets you with a hello. Love them all!

I felt like I pulled into a pit stop with several mechanics hovering over my
car; wiping it dry from the wash, fastening a Brogan plate cover, reactivating
my bluetooth, getting oil change, checking tire pressure, etc. Wonderful

Brought my car in for service updates. The woman
that took my appointment was really nice and referred me to the service manager who answered all my questions. Victor was attuned to my needs. Setup me up for a loaner just in case my service would take longer than usual. The woman mentioned above called up the next day to make sure that everything went well. Everyone seems like they cared about their customer. |
