I am writing this brief letter to commend the service manager Rich Horton and service operations person Mary Ann for their efforts to assist me with a problem regarding the remote starter of my 2010 Cadillac SRX.

This problem was not due to a malfunction of the vehicle and when I call the service department many service people were busy with other customers. As a consequence Mary Ann connected me with Rich Horton. He listened to our problem and assured me that he would take care of it. I brought in my car and it was serviced at no expense to me.

It is because of these type of customer service that I have purchased two vehicles from Brogan Cadillac in the past four years.
