I am writing this brief letter to commend the service manager Rich Horton and service operations person Mary Ann for their efforts to assist me with a problem regarding the remote starter of my 2010 Cadillac SRX.

This problem was not due to a malfunction of the vehicle and when I call the service department many service people were busy with other customers. As a consequence Mary Ann connected me with Rich Horton. He listened to our problem and assured me that he would take care of it. I brought in my car and it was serviced at no expense to me.

It is because of these type of customer service that I have purchased two vehicles from Brogan Cadillac in the past four years.

I have been having my Caddies serviced by Brogan from my 1983, 1999 and now my 2008. I have been very pleased with the service advisers that I had and the wonderful results of the repairs. The 2008 was purchased when i came in for a winter oil change and service. The sales associate made me an offer that I could not refuse and I'm glad. They don't make the Caddies that I am used to but this SRX is pretty good for a crossover all wheel drive auto.

Special finance department is special, I'm 2 years into chapter 13 bankruptcy with a low credit score. I walked into Brogan in Feb 2010 to try to get a used car. It took till July 2010 but the staff in special finance worked with me (and my attorney and trustee in Virginia) and finally we did it. I'd like to adopt all of them. Hey, they're committed to helping people like me they have a system in place and they made it happen. Sure I paid a premium. But I can refinance for a lower interest rate in 2 years when the bankruptcy is cleared. And they never stopped believing that it could happen.
