I was completely satisfied every step of the way with Brogan Cadillac. Everything was straightforward and handled at the highest level of professionalism. To be honest, I wasn't expecting that. I kept waiting for a hitch or redirection but it never happened. I have never had a more pleasurable experience buying a car in my life. If Brogan Cadillac can stay the course and treat every customer the way I was treated, Cadillac will be the major benefactor. Perhaps, Cadillac should model all their dealers after Brogan Cadillac. I can not overstate my satisfaction with the car or the dealership. Thank you!
