My wife and myself want to send a special thanks for the exemplary work that your service advisor Mr. Doug Ferreira and service manager Richie Horton have provided numerous times. To stay competitive in the limousine industry is very challenging. The stress level can rise substantially when vehicles are not operating efficiently. However, coming to Brogan Cadillac has removed such concerns. Mr. Ferreira, heard my complaints and made it a point to keep me informed of the status of my vehicle(s). Mr. Horton has extended his professionalism to expedite the repair in a timely fashion. Thanks to the outstanding dedication and communication skills of these gentleman and the knowledge of your mechanic Joe, my vehicles maintenance down time has reduced significantly. Employees such as these are truly an asset to the work place. Keep up the good work.
