I have to commend Jack who is my service rep .He has always been cor gel and has great people skills as I'm sure all your service reps do.I have to say it is a pleasure to be dealing with such a great organization like Brogan
i live out on the east end of long island and found a car at brogan online. i contacted them and was introduced to my salesman Ron Rodriguez. I have to say what a pleasure it was dealing with him. He returned my calls, texs. sent pictures of the car when i requested them and was very thorough in doing so. We kept in contact for a week and on saturday 3/31/12 i drove to jersey to look at the car. 2 1/2 hours later i was in the dealership and formally met Ron. I drove the car home that night. I was also introduced to Tom who was also a pleasure to deal with. They were very accomidating and easy to deal with. I work in the car industry and have been to numerous deaerships and i was very impressed by brogan. I would go back in a hreartbeat to purchse another car. so far i am happy with my purchase. thank you guys....
