The staff is great...my service advisor Jack Dungan has been there for me with my previous car and strongly influenced me staying with the Cadillac family - manager Rakesh Mehrotra, who I have known for years made things works after sticking with it as I started "looking" a year ago...and Dan Foster had the patience of a saint and took me through all the "workings" of the new car....
