To thank the service managers, and Mr. Richard Horton, for his thoughtfulness, and explanations of what had to be done on my automobile. His patience, and knowledge was very informative and quite thorough. A very professional service manager, quite cordial, and considerate. Brogan Cadillac have quite a great service team.
