Dear Administrator,
I want to congratulate you on your hiring Doug in the service department. He is such a polite young man and is always willing to go the extra mile to give outstanding customer service. I was a customer at Brogan years ago and now that I have a Cadillac, it is comforting knowing that Doug Ferreira is on the other side of the phone if I have a problem. I am very satisfied with my service.
