I have a Cadillac CTS. I brought in the car for an oil change. I was told that my tires needed rotating which I appreciated. The time that it took was short in comparison to other brands of cars I have owned. It was delivered with a wash which I again appreciated. I waited in a comfortable room which offered coffee, pastry, juice and water. I was able to drink coffee and look at a morning talk show. It was a great experience.
