Prior to the introduction of the XTS, I advised my Sales Consultant, Paul Wurst, of my interest in the new model and he said he would call me as soon as it arrived at the dealership. He kept me informed of the anticipated delivery and after it arrived, I went to see it and took a test drive.When taking delivery of my new XTS, Paul was very helpful and continues to give me all the time and support I need in learning the features of my new car, not only in person, but also by telephone when I call him.Having dealt with Brogan Cadillac in the past, I can say from experience they have always been very helpful in resolving any issues.
