Paul was fantastic...............not pushy. He knew I was also looking at the 3 series BMW as my other option and not once did he say anything truly negative about the other car/dealer and I really appreciated that. Its fine to promote your own highlights of the Cadillac and that's what he did. Paul was always professional and always had a great smile no matter how many times I came in the showroom ( I think 5 times). I will recommend Paul and Brogan to anyone I come into contact with looking for a luxury automobile.
