I have been dealing with Brogan since 2010 and have answered a few of these. The answers have not changed. Consistent, friendly, professional, etc. It takes a lot to convince a frugal person like me to invest in a 50k vehicle but Caddy quality plus Brogan excellence is a winning combo.
