Dear Brogan Cadillac,

On January 28, 2011, I needed my DTS towed into your dealership for an emergency repair. I also had an open date for an unrelated repair, but didn't set up an appointment.

Jack Dungan of the Service Department accommodated me from the first phone call to the towing drop-off. he did a superb job. He took fast work to the problem and managed to find time to get in the other repair that I needed.

His actions in this matter were highly professional, efficient, and courteous. In fact the entire Service Department Staff is top notch.
